Built for the toughest prep environments, this John Boos cutting table combines a food-safe, reversible high-density polyethylene work surface with a corrosion-resistant galvanized steel base. The result is a sanitary, rock-solid workstation that meets NSF and CSA-Sanitation standards while standing up to years of commercial use.
