Built for demanding commercial kitchens, butcher shops and commissaries, this John Boos “M” Series cutting table pairs a sanitary, reversible high-density polyethylene work surface with a rock-solid, galvanized steel base. The 60 × 30 inch tabletop lifts off for deep cleaning, while adjustable bracing and bullet feet let you dial in rock-solid stability on any floor.

Care & Cleaning

  • Wash HDPE surface with mild soap & hot water or run through a commercial dish machine.
  • Disinfect with a sanitizing solution approved for food-contact surfaces.
  • Avoid exposure to open flame or cutting torches; HDPE has a max continuous service temp of 180 °F.
Note: This table is intended for food-prep use. It is not designed as a chopping block for cleaver strikes or bone-in butchery; always use proper cutting boards where heavy impact is expected.
