Built for heavy-duty prep work, this extra-long John Boos cutting table combines a food-safe 3/4" high-density polyethylene top with a rugged galvanized steel base. At 10 feet long and nearly 3 feet high, it delivers the sanitary performance, rock-solid stability and versatility demanded in commercial kitchens, meat rooms, bakeries and production facilities.
