Care & Maintenance

• Re-apply John Boos Mystery Oil monthly, or whenever the surface looks dry.
• After oiling, seal the grain with Boos Board Cream for longer-lasting protection.
• Do not run through dishwashers or expose to standing water.
• For sanitation, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly.

Using a clear varnique finish on this model will void NSF certification.
