Care & Maintenance
- Re-apply John Boos Mystery Oil monthly, or whenever the surface looks dry.
- After oiling, seal the grain with Boos Board Cream for longer-lasting protection.
- Do not run through dishwashers or expose to standing water.
- For sanitation, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly.
Using a clear varnique finish on this model will void NSF certification.
