Care & maintenance
  • Re-oil the maple top monthly—or more often in low-humidity kitchens—using Boos Block® Mystery Oil.
  • After oiling, seal the surface with Boos Block® Board Cream for extended moisture resistance.
  • Clean daily with a mild dish soap & damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.

Proper oiling prevents drying, cracking and warping while preserving the table’s NSF status.

Important: Choosing a factory Varnique (polyurethane) finish will void NSF certification. The JNB10A is supplied with penetrating oil to maintain food-contact compliance.
