Care & Maintenance
Maintain the penetrating-oil finish just like a Boos Block® cutting board:
- Apply food-grade mineral oil or Boos® Mystery Oil monthly—or whenever the surface looks dry.
- Wipe off excess oil after it soaks in overnight.
- For added protection, seal with Boos® Board Cream after oiling.
