Built for demanding commercial kitchens yet beautiful enough for open-plan bakeries and culinary classrooms, this 8-foot John Boos work table combines a heavy-duty 1 ¾" maple butcher-block top with a rugged galvanized steel base. The result is a food-safe, ultra-stable prep surface that stands up to years of service.
