Built for the daily grind of butchering, seafood prep and high-volume commercial kitchens, this John Boos Breaking Table pairs an ultra-sanitary 1-½" thick high-density polyethylene work surface with a rugged, fully-welded 300-series stainless steel base. The result is a rock-solid, easy-to-clean workstation that stands up to heavy blows, prolonged moisture and aggressive sanitizing routines.

Care & Maintenance
  • Clean HDPE top with mild soap, hot water and a plastic scraper or brush—avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Wipe stainless frame with non-chloride cleansers such as Bar Keepers Friend; rinse and dry completely.
  • For routine polishing, apply John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner and buff with a soft towel along polish lines.
  • Never use wire brushes, steel scouring pads or bleach on stainless surfaces.
