John Boos 50" x 36" Poly Top Breaking Table
Model GMT – NSF CertifiedEngineered for the rigors of butchering, seafood prep, and high-volume commercial kitchens, this John Boos breaking table pairs a knife-friendly 1 ½" high-density polyethylene work surface with an all-welded stainless-steel base that stands up to years of daily abuse.
Why this table is a cut above
- 1 ½" reversible HDPE top – two ¾" sections stacked to meet NSF/ANSI standards for food safety and sanitation.
- Removable work surface – held in place by welded stainless clips for fast, thorough cleaning and quick replacement.
- All-welded 300 series stainless frame – 1 ½" 18 ga square tubing with #4 satin polish resists corrosion and cleans easily.
- Full perimeter bracing – 1 ¼" round 18 ga cross-rails on all four sides eliminate racking when breaking down primal cuts.
- 1 5⁄8" dia. 16 ga legs with adjustable stainless bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- Ships welded & ready to use – no assembly required, straight from the pallet to the production floor.
