Model FTSG-24108 | Subway-Style Stainless Steel GrateEngineered for high–volume wash-down areas, the John Boos 108 inch floor trough captures runoff fast, filters out debris, and keeps your workspace sanitary. Heavy-duty 14 gauge 300 series stainless steel construction, dual 4 inch drains, and a slip-resistant subway-style grate make this the premium solution for commercial kitchens, food-processing lines and breweries.

- Subway-style removable grate with 3/8" Ø rods & 3/16" × 1" bar stock on 3/4" centers – tough yet easy to clean.
- 4" deep all-welded drain pan with built-in 5° pitch for positive drainage.
- Accommodates a standard 4" O.D. drain pipe (3.25" long).
- Includes two stainless steel perforated strainers to trap solids and prevent clogs.
- All TIG-welded; exposed welds are polished to match adjacent surfaces for a seamless, NSF-listed sanitary finish.

Care & Maintenance
- Rinse and wipe down after each shift; do not allow food acids or salts to dry on the surface.
- Use non-chloride cleaners such as Bar Keepers Friend with a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad.
- Avoid abrasive powders, steel wool, or wire brushes that can break the passive film.
- Periodically polish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore luster and corrosion resistance.
