Built for the demands of busy commercial kitchens, breweries and food-processing plants, this 9-ft John Boos floor trough channels water, grease and debris away from work areas while keeping staff safe on a slip-resistant fiberglass grate.

  • Two integrated drains each fitted with a removable stainless steel perforated strainer
