  • Clean daily with mild soap or Bar Keepers Friend and warm water—never chlorine bleach.
  • Avoid abrasive pads or steel wool; use soft cloths, sponges or plastic scouring pads.
  • Always wipe in the direction of the steel’s polish lines to preserve its satin finish.
  • Rinse and dry completely to prevent mineral deposits or corrosion.
  • For extra shine and protection, finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner (sold separately).
Heads up! This unit ships knocked down to minimize freight cost and risk of damage. A Phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench are all that’s needed for assembly.
