Maintain the natural corrosion-resistant “passive” film on your stainless steel by cleaning with non-chloride, non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad. Rinse thoroughly and dry after each use. Avoid bleach and harsh salts to keep your John Boos table looking new.

Important: Do not use steel wool, wire brushes, or chlorine-based cleaners. These can compromise the stainless surface and void sanitation certifications.
