John Boos Model EBSW7R43-3072Bring the legendary strength of Boos Block® to your line-up. This NSF-listed work table pairs a 1 ¾" edge-grain Hard Rock Maple top with a fully welded type 300 stainless steel cabinet base—engineered to handle daily prep, plating, and heavy equipment with ease.

- 18 GA doors & shelf, 20 GA side/back panels, #4 satin polish throughout
- Fixed undershelf sits 10" above floor for additional storage

- Maple top – Re-oil monthly (or when dry) with Boos® Mystery Oil; seal with Boos® Board Cream for extra protection.
- Stainless base – Clean with a soft cloth & non-chloride cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend; always wipe with the grain.
- Avoid harsh abrasives, chlorine bleach, or prolonged standing water on any surface.
