Care & Maintenance
- Maple Top – Re-oil monthly (or when dry) with food-grade mineral oil such as Boos Block® Mystery Oil. Wipe away excess after the oil has fully absorbed.
- Stainless Base – Clean daily with mild soap and water; dry with a soft cloth. For stubborn residue, use Bar Keepers Friend® and non-abrasive pads, rubbing with the grain.
- Avoid chlorine bleach, harsh chlorides or steel wool pads, which can damage the stainless protective film.
