Built for the rigors of busy commercial kitchens yet beautiful enough for gourmet showrooms, the John Boos EBSW7-2496 delivers a rock-solid 8 ft. prep and plating station with secure, enclosed storage. A 1-3/4" edge-grain maple top sits on a fully welded Type 300 stainless steel cabinet base with sliding doors, fixed undershelf, and adjustable bullet feet.
