Built for high-volume commercial kitchens, the EBSP3R5-3048 pairs a knife-friendly reversible poly work surface with rugged stainless-steel construction and enclosed storage that keeps your production line organized and sanitary.

Important: The poly top is not heat-safe. Avoid placing hot pans, sheet trays or equipment directly on the surface.
Care & Maintenance
  • Clean stainless surfaces with non-chloride cleansers such as Bar Keepers Friend; rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes and bleach to preserve the #4 satin finish.
  • Wash the HDPE top with mild soap or sanitizer; wipe dry between tasks.
  • Polish periodically with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore luster and protective passive film.
