  • Clean stainless daily with mild soap or a non-chloride commercial cleaner; rinse & wipe dry along polish lines.
  • Use soft towels, sponges, or plastic scouring pads only—never steel wool or wire brushes.
  • Refresh the poly top with a light scrape and sanitizing rinse between tasks; flip occasionally for extended life.
  • For stubborn stains or surface corrosion, John Boos recommends Bar Keepers Friend and their Stainless Steel Cleaner (see instructions).
