Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the John Boos EBOP3-3096 delivers a rock-solid 96 inch prep surface that pairs a reversible ¾" high-density polyethylene cutting board with the strength of 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel. A fully welded stainless cabinet base, fixed undershelf and six sturdy legs create a hygienic, clutter-free workstation built to perform shift after shift.
