From heavy prep to quick plating, this 60 × 30 inch workhorse keeps tools, ingredients and smallwares organized while standing up to years of daily use.

- 1-1/2" Stallion Safety Edge on front & back prevents spills; 90° turned-down side edges allow seamless table line-up.
- 16 ga type 300 stainless steel sub-top is TIG-welded and sound deadened for a solid, quiet work surface.
