Care & Maintenance

  • For daily cleaning use warm water, a mild non-chloride detergent and a soft cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes and cleaners containing chlorides or quaternary salts.
  • Remove fingerprints with Arcal 20, Ecoshine or similar stainless polish.
  • For stubborn stains, apply Bar Keepers Friend with a wet plastic scouring pad, scrubbing with the grain, then rinse and dry.
  • Finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore the original sheen.
Important: Do not allow standing water, food acids or bleach solutions to linger on the surface. Prompt cleaning preserves the stainless steel’s protective passive layer and prevents corrosion.
