Care & Maintenance
- Clean routinely with a soft cloth or sponge and a non-chloride detergent.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel scouring pads that can scratch and trap food soil.
- For stubborn stains, use Bar Keepers Friend following the grain of the steel.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry to preserve the protective chrome oxide layer.
Proper care protects the passive film on 300-series stainless steel and prevents corrosion.
