Simple Care & Maintenance
- Clean daily with mild soap or non-chloride detergent and warm water.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes or chlorine bleach—these can damage the stainless “passive” layer.
- Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry along the grain to maintain a like-new satin finish.
- Periodically polish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or Bar Keepers Friend to restore luster and remove grease build-up.
