Double-sided shelf for fast, organized soiled-dish breakdown

Keep your dishroom moving with the DTSS-3072-T. Engineered from heavy-duty stainless steel tubing, this 72" double-sided sorting shelf mounts directly to a John Boos soiled dish table (or to a wall/table combination) to provide a convenient staging area for racks, trays, flatware bins and more.

Built for Busy Commercial Kitchens

  • Double-sided access lets staff load or unload dishes from either side, speeding up workflow on corner, island or landing tables.
  • 1-5/8" Ø, 16 ga tubular frame withstands constant bumps and scrapes without flexing.
  • Flexible mounting – secure both ends to the dish table, or wall-mount one end when space is limited.
  • #4 satin finish wipes clean fast and matches other John Boos stainless equipment.
  • Precision-welded 14 ga end caps add rigidity while sealing out moisture and debris.
