Three extra-large sink bowls, dual oversize drainboards, and a dedicated dish-machine cut-out on the left keep dirty and clean wares moving in the right direction—all on a heavy-duty 16-gauge, Type 300 stainless-steel frame that is NSF and CSA-Sanitation certified.
