Care & Maintenance

Preserve the stainless steel’s protective chromium layer with simple daily care:

• Clean with warm water and a non-chloride detergent; rinse & towel dry.
• Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, and cleaners containing chlorides or quaternary salts.
• For stubborn stains, use Bar Keepers Friend on a damp, non-metallic pad, scrubbing with the grain.
• Finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish for a lasting shine (sold separately).
