Model DST6-3061SBW-C | 60-7/8" W × 30-3/8" DBuilt for the busiest dish rooms, this fully welded John Boos sorting table combines a heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless work surface with a 2-1/4" raised edge that keeps racks, plates and water exactly where they belong. Locking 5" casters let you reposition the table for deep-cleaning or line re-configurations in seconds.
