1-3/4" Northern Hard Rock Maple baker’s top with 4" coved riser & stainless steel baseEngineered for demanding commercial kitchens yet beautiful enough for open-concept bakeries, this John Boos work table delivers true butcher-block performance on an NSF-listed, stainless-steel chassis. The generous 7 ft. surface, protective risers and six-leg stability make it the go-to prep station for dough production, plating lines and everything in-between.

- Heavy-duty 16 ga. stainless steel legs (6 legs for tables 7 ft.+) with welded gussets.
