Model DSB13 – NSF Certified Baker’s TableEngineered for high–output kitchens and bakeries, the John Boos DSB13 couples a 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top with a heavy-duty stainless steel base. The result is a rock-solid, food-safe work surface that stands up to years of dough rolling, chopping and assembly work.
