Care & Maintenance
- Condition the maple top regularly with John Boos Mystery Oil or Board Cream to prevent drying and cracking.
- Clean wood with mild soap & warm water; avoid soaking and harsh chemicals.
- Wipe stainless components daily with a non-chloride cleanser; polish along grain with Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner for a lasting shine.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, and chlorine bleach on stainless steel.
Varnique (durable clear coat) finish is available by special order but will void NSF listing.
