Care & Maintenance

Maple Top — Clean with mild dish soap and warm water; dry thoroughly. Re-oil periodically with Boos Block® Mystery Oil or Board Cream to maintain moisture balance and sheen.

Stainless Base — For routine cleaning use a soft cloth and non-chloride cleaner; wipe dry with the grain. For stubborn stains, apply Bar Keepers Friend® followed by a food-safe stainless polish.

Important: This table ships with a penetrating oil finish that meets NSF requirements. Selecting the optional clear Varnique conversion varnish will void NSF certification.
