Built for busy bakeshops, restaurants and test kitchens, the John Boos DSB11 combines a premium 1 ¾" maple butcher-block top with the strength of an all-stainless frame. The result is a rock-solid, NSF-listed prep station that protects walls and contains ingredients thanks to its 4" coved riser on the back and both ends.

Care & Maintenance
  • Re-oil the maple surface regularly with Boos Block® Mystery Oil to prevent drying or cracking.
  • Clean stainless components with a non-chloride cleaner; wipe in the direction of the polish lines.
  • Avoid bleach or harsh abrasives that can compromise the stainless “passive” layer.

Need a sealing finish? John Boos offers a clear Varnique topcoat for low-use display areas; however, choosing Varnique voids NSF certification.

Assembly required. All hardware and illustrated instructions are included. Two people recommended due to weight.
