From laminating pastry dough to plating entrées, this 8-ft workstation delivers rock-solid stability and the warm, forgiving feel only end-grain maple can provide.

Care & Maintenance

  • Re-oil the maple surface with Boos Block® Mystery Oil once a month or whenever dry to the touch.
  • Wipe up spills promptly; avoid prolonged standing water.
  • Clean stainless legs & bracing with a non-chloride stainless cleaner; wipe in direction of the polish lines.
  • Never use abrasive pads, steel wool, or bleach-based cleaners.

Important: Maple tops are intended for food prep & light chopping only. Use a separate cutting board for heavy cleaver work to avoid gouging the surface.
