Care & Maintenance

Maintain the factory oil finish by applying a food-safe mineral oil or Boos Mystery Oil every 3–4 weeks, or whenever the surface appears dry. Avoid prolonged standing water to preserve the maple and prevent warping.

Note: This table is designed for commercial food-prep use. Selecting the optional Varnique (varnish) finish converts the top for dry-ingredient or display use only and voids NSF certification.
