• 1-3/4" edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top – naturally resilient and knife-friendly
• Food-safe penetrating oil finish (optional clear Varnique factory seal available)
• 4" coved riser on back and both ends keeps ingredients contained and shields walls
• Six 16 GA galvanized steel legs (units ≥ 7 ft) with 18 GA tubular side & rear bracing
• Bracing height adjusts to accommodate storage bins, sheet pans and more
• 1" adjustable galvanized bullet feet level the table on uneven floors
