Varnique Care: Always use a separate cutting board for chopping to avoid scratching the sealed surface.
Care & Maintenance
- Wipe the maple top with mild soap and warm water; dry thoroughly.
- Clean stainless components with a soft cloth and non-chloride cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend; rinse and dry.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, or chlorine bleach on any surface.
- If the top is sanded back to bare wood, re-seal with John Boos Varnique or an equivalent finish.
