Engineered for high-volume kitchens that need to move racks quickly and safely, the Pro-Bowl Clean Corner Dishtable delivers rock-solid John Boos quality in a compact L-shaped footprint. Built from heavy-gauge, food-grade stainless steel and finished with signature Boos craftsmanship, it keeps your ware-washing line flowing smoothly shift after shift.

  • L-shaped corner configuration saves floor space and creates an ergonomic right-to-left dish flow.
  • 16-gauge type 300 stainless steel top with #4 satin polish resists corrosion and everyday abuse.
  • 10" boxed backsplash with 45° top & 2" return contains splashes and simplifies wall cleaning.
  • 2-1/4" rolled front & end rim adds strength while eliminating sharp edges.
  • TIG-welded seams; exposed welds are polished to a matching finish.
  • All outside corners are bull-nosed for a smooth, safe, easy-to-sanitize edge.
  • 1-5/8" O.D. stainless steel legs with stainless cross-bracing for rock-solid stability.
  • 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet ensure the table sits level on uneven floors.
  • Deck is factory-pitched 1/8" per foot toward the dish machine for positive drainage.

Care & Maintenance

Stainless steel is naturally corrosion-resistant, but proper care is essential for a lifetime of performance.

  • Clean daily with mild soap or detergent and a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad.
  • Always wipe with the grain to maintain the #4 satin finish.
  • Rinse away chlorides (bleach, salt, cleaners) promptly and dry completely.
  • For stubborn stains, use Bar Keepers Friend followed by a stainless steel polish.
