Designed for high-volume ware-washing lines that need to keep clean dishes moving, this NSF listed John Boos Pro-Bowl corner dishtable delivers rock-solid 16 gauge 300 series stainless steel durability in a space-saving L-shaped footprint.

John Boos fabricates each Pro-Bowl dishtable from a single sheet of premium 16 gauge 304 stainless steel. Precision TIG welding and hand-polished seams create a hygienic surface that sheds food soil and water. Heavy-duty legs and “SB” stainless cross-bracing lock everything in place—even when racks of dishes are landing every few seconds.

Care & maintenance tips

  • Clean daily with mild soap or non-chloride detergent, wiping with the grain.
