Engineered for busy ware-washing lines, the John Boos Pro-Bowl island dishtable creates a smooth, sanitary landing zone on the clean side of your conveyor or door-type dishwasher. Its rugged, L-shaped frame drops clean wares exactly where you need them while freeing wall space for other equipment—perfect for tight or open-kitchen layouts.

Built for Real-World Foodservice Demands

  • Island design keeps both sides accessible—no wall required.
  • Left-to-right workflow: racks exit the dishwasher, round the corner, and head toward the landing end.
  • 16-gauge, type 300 series stainless steel top with #4 satin polish resists corrosion and wipes clean fast.
  • 10" high boxed backsplash has a 45° top, 2" return, and ½" turned-down lip to contain splashes.
  • 2-¼" rolled front & end edges protect staff and help prevent rack hang-ups.
  • TIG-welded construction; exposed welds are ground and polished to match adjoining surfaces.
  • All outer corners are bull-nosed for a safe, snag-free profile.
  • 1-5/8" Ø stainless steel legs with adjustable cross-bracing keep the table rock solid.
  • 1" stainless steel bullet feet level the unit on uneven floors.
  • NSF listed for easy code approval.
