Engineered for demanding, high-volume ware-washing rooms, the Pro-Bowl Island Clean Dishtable delivers the legendary durability of John Boos in an efficient L-shaped layout. A 60 inch section lines up with your conveyor or flight machine while a full 12 foot clean landing run keeps racks moving and staff productive.

  • Full-length 10" boxed backsplash with 45° coved top and 2" rear return

Care & Maintenance

For daily cleaning, wipe the surface with a soft cloth or sponge and a non-chloride detergent, rinse, then dry following the grain of the steel. Stubborn spots can be removed with Bar Keepers Friend. Finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore the factory sheen.
