Built entirely from food-grade stainless steel, the John Boos Pro-Bowl Clean Island Dishtable delivers the rugged performance, ergonomic flow, and premium fit-and-finish Boos is known for.

- Left-to-right rack flow keeps clean ware moving away from the machine and out of the soil area.
- 16 ga. 300 series stainless steel top with #4 satin polish—TIG welded for a seamless work surface.
- 10" high boxed backsplash with 45° return and ½" drip edge contains overspray.
- 2-¼" rolled front & end edges and bull-nosed corners for operator safety and easy wipe-down.
- Six 1-⅝" Ø stainless steel legs with stainless cross-bracing for rock-solid stability.
