Engineered for high-volume ware-washing lines, the John Boos Pro-Bowl island dishtable delivers effortless right-to-left workflow, rock-solid stability and the legendary durability you expect from Boos.

  • Island configuration – freestanding design installs away from walls for 360° access.
  • L-shaped layout: 60" machine-to-corner leg plus 120" corner-to-end run for generous clean-dish landing.
  • Right-to-left operation (dishmachine on the right; clean staging to the left).
  • Heavy-duty 14 gauge, 300 Series stainless steel top with #4 satin finish resists dents and corrosion.
  • 10" boxed backsplash with 45° top edge and 2" return contains splashes and protects surrounding equipment.
  • 2-1/4" rolled front & end rims; bull-nosed corners eliminate sharp edges and speed wipe-downs.
  • Six 1-5/8" Ø stainless steel legs (16 ga) with TIG-welded, adjustable cross-bracing.
  • 1" stainless bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
  • TIG-welded construction; exposed welds are ground and polished to blend seamlessly.
