Built entirely from food-service grade stainless steel, this John Boos mobile table combines a marine-edge work surface with dedicated sorting shelves and heavy-duty casters—ideal for restaurants, banquet halls, cafeterias and catering operations that need flexibility without sacrificing durability.

- 16 ga, Type 300 stainless steel flat top with #4 satin finish.
- Marine edge contains spills; Stallion Safety Edge on front & back for comfort.
- 90° turndown on left & right sides mates flush with adjacent equipment.
- 18 ga stainless steel slanted sorting shelf keeps glass racks or plates angled for fast access.
- Fixed midshelf for bussing tubs (holds up to 2 standard tubs).
- Adjustable undershelf maximizes storage for chemicals, liners or cleaning tools.
- Accepts one 16 gal Slim Jim® trash receptacle (not included) through pre-cut top opening.
- TIG-welded construction; all exposed welds polished to match #4 finish.
- 5" heavy-duty locking swivel casters (all locking) for smooth, stable mobility.
