Care & Maintenance
- Hand-wash only; never soak or machine wash.
- Re-oil with Boos® Mystery Oil at least once a month—or more often in high-volume kitchens.
- Seal with Boos Block® Board Cream after oiling to lock in moisture.
- Scrape or sand lightly and re-oil to remove knife marks and keep the surface sanitary.
Regular oiling is essential to maintain NSF compliance and prevent cracking or warping.
