Why This Top Stands Out
- Massive 132" length accommodates multi-person prep, plating and assembly lines.
- Edge-grain 2-1/4" construction absorbs impact and resists warping under heavy, daily use.
- Crafted from sustainably-sourced Northern Hard Rock Maple – one of the world’s hardest and most sanitary food-prep woods.
- Food-safe penetrating oil finish nourishes the wood, repels moisture and is simple to re-oil on site.
- NSF certified component meets strict food-service sanitation standards.
- Non-reversible flat top installs flush on existing frames, cabinets, or custom bases.
- Proudly made in the USA by John Boos & Co., trusted by chefs since 1887.
