Care & Maintenance
- Re-oil the surface with Boos® Mystery Oil at least once per month, or whenever the wood looks dry.
- For extra protection, follow with Boos Block® Board Cream to seal in moisture.
- Clean with mild soap and warm water; avoid harsh detergents or soaking.
- To sanitize, wipe with a solution of 1 tbsp bleach per gallon of water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
Routine oiling prevents cracking and maintains the NSF-approved food-safe barrier.
