Care & Maintenance

  • Oil monthly—or whenever the surface looks dry—using Boos Block® Mystery Oil or a comparable food-grade mineral oil.
  • After oiling, seal with Boos Block® Board Cream to lock in moisture.
  • Clean with mild soap & warm water; avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged soaking.
  • Sanitize with a 1:1 vinegar-water solution or NSF-approved food-safe sanitizer.
Heads-up: This listing is for the wood top only. Base, legs, and mounting hardware are not included. Always support the top adequately and allow for normal wood movement.
