Care & Maintenance
- Apply John Boos Mystery Oil to all surfaces at least once a month (more often in dry climates).
- Let oil absorb overnight, then wipe away excess.
- Seal with Boos Block® Board Cream after oiling for added moisture resistance.
- Hand-clean with mild soap and warm water; never soak or place in dishwasher.
- Remove stains and sanitize with a 1:5 solution of vinegar and water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
