Built for the rigors of commercial bakeries, cafés and test kitchens, the John Boos BAK04 turns 12 ft² of floor space into a highly efficient production station. A 1-3/4" thick edge-grain maple top absorbs impact, the three-sided 4" coved riser keeps flour and dough where they belong, and the integrated rack stores (8) full-size bun pans within arm’s reach.
