Stainless Steel Care & Maintenance

• Clean daily with mild soap or a non-chloride stainless cleaner; always wipe in the direction of the grain.
• Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool or cleaners containing bleach or quaternary salts.
• Remove standing water, coffee or acidic juices promptly to preserve the protective chromium film.
• For restoring shine, use John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or Bar Keepers Friend followed by a rinse and soft towel dry.
